Where We Work

We are based in Columbia and we keep our service radius tight on purpose. A local radius means we get to your estimate quickly, we already know how your jurisdiction handles fence approvals, and we can come back out if something needs attention. If you are inside Howard County or immediately over the line, the estimate is free and the drive is on us.

Every Village in Columbia

Columbia is not one set of rules. Each village runs its own architectural review, and they do not all read a fence application the same way. We have prepared exterior alteration packets across all ten, so we know what your committee is going to want to see before you do.

Beyond Columbia

Cities We Cover Across Howard County

Ellicott City, MD

Older lots, mature trees and real grade changes, especially anywhere near the historic district and the stream valleys. Racking aluminum panels and stepped wood runs both come up constantly here, and so does working a fence line around roots we are not willing to cut through.

Elkridge, MD

A mix of established neighborhoods and newer development off US-1 and MD-100. Plenty of vinyl and wood privacy replacement, plus commercial perimeter work toward the industrial side.

Clarksville, MD

Larger lots along MD-108 where the fence is often as much about defining acreage as enclosing it. Ranch rail with wire, ornamental aluminum frontage and long privacy runs at the back.

Fulton and Maple Lawn, MD

Newer construction with active HOA architectural standards, which means the approval package matters as much as the build. Vinyl and aluminum dominate.

Highland and Dayton, MD

Rural western Howard County — bigger parcels, ranch and split rail, paddock fencing and long driveway gates.

Jessup and Savage, MD

Heavy commercial and warehouse corridor along I-95 and MD-32. Commercial chain link, security perimeter, dumpster corrals and access-controlled entries.

Laurel and Scaggsville, MD

Dense residential along US-29 and MD-216, mostly privacy fence replacement on smaller lots where access and material staging need planning.

Hanover, MD

Newer townhome and single-family development plus the commercial spread near the county line. Aluminum, vinyl and short privacy runs, frequently with HOA standards attached.

Not Sure If You Are In Our Area?

Call and give us the street. If we cover it, we will book the yard walk while you are on the phone; if we do not, we will say so rather than waste your afternoon.
