Leaning and heaved posts
Usually a post set too shallow, set in dirt, or set without drainage so freeze-thaw lifted it. We re-dig, add a gravel base and pour a proper collar.
Rotted posts at grade
The most common wood fence failure in Howard County. The post can often be replaced without dismantling the whole run.

Hinge post reinforcement, frame re-squaring, and new adjustable hardware.
